Seeing kids playing in the parking lot and smelling odor smell in the room, but also in the office, no sheet on the bed and only one towel that looked like I have been used… All this led to us leaving in the middle of the night

It advertised that there were Microwaves in the room and there wasn't one and the Pool was closed I had a hard time booking another night which would have been Friday through Saturday but Expedia or the Motel wouldn't let me and when I got out of the App and got back in I saw why the price went up

The place looked like it was falling apart, had tenant living there with people hanging outside with lawn chairs you do not feel safe leaving your personal items inside the room. The room has had cockroaches crawling around the bed and walls. The baby was dirty ( not clean properly) it had stains in bathtub had to bathed with socks on. We had to purchase towels because the ones given were stained. Our pillows were stained so we didn’t used them we slept on top of bed with the towels we bought. We stayed one night and looked for accommodation elsewhere. Please stay away.

What Expedia showed on the website is not the property. Made to wait 2 hours to check in because washer broken and no linens for room. Additionally room not cleaned. Condition of room was poor, holes in walls, plugs with no covers, bathroom unusable. Roaches and bugs. We were shocked and spent only 1 night leaving 6 am after paying for two nights.
