Pain in the %*|}* getting in

Staying here requires that you download an app and pre-register. The building itself has no front desk. We went in and looked all around before realizing that there is a check in desk across the street which still seems to make you do things on the app. Ultimately, you will get a numeric code you need to punch in every time to get into the room and scan a bar code to get into the garage. Was honestly a big pain in the ass.

Great staff, poor amenities

The staff was exceptional, and I truly appreciated their service, especially Iggy. However, I was disappointed to find that the hot tub was out of service for the entire week. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but I was not informed that the hot tub would be unavailable either before booking or upon my arrival. Transparency about this would have helped manage expectations, and I feel a partial refund would be a fair resolution given the circumstances.

We prefer to have a card to open the doors. The parking garage "QR" codes and the lengthy code for opening the front door before 8 am, when you have your hands full with Starbucks, was slightly acrobatic. Sometimes the reader takes a while to scan your phone QR, while people have qued up behind you.
