La casa está muy bien, pero en realidad la primera noche fue muy mala, ya que si bien pudimos hacer el check-in sin mucho problema, al salir de la casa por compras y para cenar, ya no pudimos volver a entrar pues la única forma de acceso era la puerta del garage, sin embargo no abrió, incluso vino gente de la administración pero tampoco pudo abrir, por ello estuvimos varias horas afuera en un clima de aprox menos quince grados centígrados, sin poder entrar, ya que no había otra forma de hacerlo. No obstante esa horrible experiencia lo cierto es que esa noche nos acomodaron en otra casa y nos devolvieron el pago íntegro de esa noche, ademas de que las personas que nos ayudaron (Jen y su esposo) siempre estuvieron pendientes e hicieron lo que pudieron para que no la pasáramos tan mal. Si bien ello no quita nuestra horrible experiencia, de alguna forma compensa las molestias y muestra cierta preocupación de los administradores. No obstante ello, deberían tener a disposición 24/7 un equipo de mantenimiento que pueda arreglar estos imprevistos (el equipo de mantenimiento nos dio acceso hasta el día siguiente) o en su caso alguna otra forma de acceder a la casa, y no confiar solo en una vía.
