Historical inn and cabins with some really neat, antique decors. Rooms have a bit wear and tear but overall clean. Breakfast is great with some hot food

Staff was very friendly and the intake was brief. Room was great for a wilderness area. Love the tub!!! Balcony was nice and the deer watched us unload and move into the room. We look forward to a great nights sleep.

The bathroom clogged after one use and they did not have anyone come-in to fix it. We had to use the common area bathroom and was very inconvenient. The staff is courteous, but does not help quickly.

Our room was acquaint little room, clean kind of fun to be in. We totally enjoyed it. But some others might be expecting a modern style larger room, but not us. We were pleased with what we had. And it’s outside the busy part of Winthrop.

The queen cabin was quiet. There was a good AC. The shower and bathroom were very good and well stocked. Breakfast was a quiche/egg dish w/ several pastries and fruits, yogurt and cereal. It's served 8a-930a. It is an easy walk to town. The refrigerator did not have an ice section so our ice packs were not frozen for our trip out-would recommend providing refers w/ this available for those of us who travel through and need to keep our coolers cold.

The breakfast was lacking. Only milk, coffee or water to drink. Tap water. No juice or ice water.The egg quiche was burned to the pan, the fruit was cut up, not whole apple or oranges. It was disappointing for the price of the room.

King cabin stay

This is our thread stay at this inn and I would definitely stay again. Breakfast is delicious. We stayed in the king cabin and found it perfect for the two of us.

DIDN'T LIVE UP TO EXPECTATIONS

Reserved 2 King Cabins. On check-in, one cabin was flooded, apparently from a plumbing leak. The other cabin was fine. They offered us a much smaller Queen Cabin and made a modest price adjustment. We had to have the throw carpets changed in the Queen cabin. They were filthy. The personnel were nice and accommodating, but the facility was a disappointment. The included breakfast was adequate, nothing special. There are nicer properties in the area for the price.
