Ski into Sun Mountain Lodge, where you can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge and relax in a full-service spa. Housekeeping is available on request.
Sun Mountain Lodge offers 112 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and coffee/tea makers. Beds feature premium bedding. This Winthrop lodge provides complimentary wireless Internet access.

The room was not really clean. curtains filthy and broken, window screens pusheed off at edges. the restaurant was closed and it took almost 2 hours to get food to table in thr bar once seated. not thr staffs fault. but thr room and curtains were so unacceptavle. we took pictures

Stayed in a lake front cabin on 09/28/24. Young man who answered our phone call at 7:24PM requesting a different cabin, as the one we were given smelled like urine and had a broken fireplace, was extremely rude and in need of customer service training, and FAST. At $400 a night, I didn't expect I would be treated so unfairly and therefore was very dissapointed. House keeping and maintenance were so helpful and friendly though. Please get that kid some training.

I have been coming here years and have always enjoyed the beautiful views, hiking trails and pools. The restaurants have become very overpriced. The buildings are in need of a major updating. The furniture in the rooms are uncomfortable and in bad repair. The deck and deck furniture are uncomfortable and block the beautiful view. Time for a major upgrade.
