After a day on the slopes, return to Sun Mountain Lodge to dine at the restaurant, drink at the bar/lounge, or relax in massage/treatment rooms. Housekeeping is available on request.
Sun Mountain Lodge offers 112 air-conditioned accommodations with espresso makers and safes. Beds feature premium bedding. This Winthrop lodge provides complimentary wireless Internet access.

Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Business-friendly amenities include phones along with free local calls (restrictions may apply). Housekeeping is provided on request.

A private beach and 2 outdoor tennis courts are featured at the lodge. 2 hot tubs are on site. In addition to a seasonal outdoor pool, other recreational amenities include a 24-hour fitness center.

Wonderful location and resort. Rooms and facilities are great. Pool area really nice for relaxing in the afternoon - amazing views. Did the horse riding (Kathleen is excellent), kayaking and some pickleball. Overall a great stay. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the food options - for the standard of the resort, the food is disappointing. Overpriced and not that great.

The furniture felt old and there were lots of spiders in our room. The bed was not very comfortable. The hot tub and pool were full of bees. The staff was super friendly, but this property seemed a bit tired for a “resort”. The view is beautiful and I enjoyed petting the horses. C+

very tranquil, incredibly scenic, nicely remote. Bed was listed as queen, but thinking it was a full, was very comfortable and had down comforters as well. Restaurant was amazing, view from restaurant was incredible, food was good and a little expensive. The interior of the lodge was beautifully done with hunting trophies (mounts).

Loved our stay here, but if I were to come back I’d have to bring my own pillows. Even their foam pillows must have been 50 years old, they provided no support especially for a side sleeper. Overall the quality of the sheets, mattress and pillows did not match the rest of the resort. Sleep is #1 priority so penny pinching on this doesn’t make sense to me. Loved the mushroom flatbread and beet salad at the restaurant and also the gift shop coffee.
