The hotel was under construction. There was no staff on location. The bathroom had hair on the floor and hair on the base of the toilet. For the price of the room for one night, I was so disappointed.

It was honestly terrible and over priced. They can take advantage of it being a small town and only a few hotels to choose from to charge more, but the tv didn't work, there wasn't an office attendant at all, outlets in the walls were missing, electrical was questionable when an entire wall of outlets only works when you switch on the light, no hairdryer and no breakfast as advertised.

Not sure about pets. We stayed at the Inn to attend the Winthrop Balloon Festival. What a perfect setting for us to get up early and see the event right at the back door of the Inn.

I was instantly worried when we pulled into the parking lot, place looks like it could be condemned. Large construction dumpster in the parking lot made it clear that the property was undergoing construction, which is fine. But the remotes covered in drywall dust and the all around mess in the hall was unexpected. All in all I felt like we were staying in an hourly motel even though we were charged over $400 for two nights. I will say that the bed was comfy and clean but that was about the only good thing about it.

We did not see a single staff member our whole stay. I needed to talk to the front desk because we'd already been charged prior to our stay, but note said we were to be charged upon checkin. Listing said breakfast was provided, but the breakfast area and front desk were locked with noone there until we "checked out" at 9:30. Rooms weren't completely clean. For the price, this was a horrible deal. Will not stay here our next time through Winthrop.

Room has been renovated so it was nice enough but we spilled water on the floor and the towel was so dirty. We only got 2 washcloths and 3 towels for 4 days of stay. The coffee maker was broken. I contacted the place and they never came to fix anything or bring new towels when requested. The office was never open the entire stay. For the price I would have expected a little more
