Overall great experience, inexpensive option compared to other hotels with park included. Loved the passes to the waterpark included. Clean hotel rooms, friendly staff. Bring your own pillows, the ones they have are tiny and not good. Breakfast is a little chaotic with limited seating. I would choose this option again.

Great Time, but Poor Hotel Services
The hotel is in a convenient location. I called ahead of time to see if we can get there at 3 instead of 4 and they said yes. When we got their they had no rooms available and check in would be at 3. I said I asked ahead of time but they said they were "busy" these past few days. When we got to the room, it eas handicap which was okay, but it took me 5 minutes to figure out how to turn on the lights. The air quality between the bedroom and couch was very different. There were items in the room that were also broken. We had no housekeeping come by to replace our towels or garbage bags. We had to ask for towels which it seemed like we were annoying guest services as they were bombarded with phone calls. I thought it was guest first while the person waited on the phone. Not sure if we will stay here again.

We encountered ants in our initial room, so we had to switch to a different one. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. However, the breakfast hours were too early, from 6 AM to 9 AM. When I arrived at the breakfast area around 8:45 AM, most of the items were already gone. Despite there being 15-20 minutes left, the staff informed me that no more food would be brought out. The next day, I didn't even bother getting up for breakfast.

Very solid for the cost. Definitely family friendly. Lots of signage all over the breakfast area on limit of servings. Sounds like perhaps it's been abused in the past. Pool area fun. Hot tub very nice. Will return.

Staff was responsive to needs at breakfast (empty coffee maker). Dining space too small, we ate while standing in the dining area our first day so we skipped the free breakfast the other two days. Our room was right outside the parking lot light so we had a hard time falling asleep, I later found out when I got a call from the front desk the day after checkout that our room was missing one of the window shades it was supposed to have. They asked me what transpired in my room that led to the missing window shade, I wish I would have brought it to the front desk’s attention during our stay as I’m sure they would have been responsive. Staff was friendly upon entrance and exit, also spent a lot of time helping me get regular coffee.

The bathroom ceiling had mold on it. The bed was very uncomfortable. Had to ask multiple times for more towels before they were brought to our room. The pool area and furniture were gross and dirty. Won’t stay here again.
