The “natural lagoon” was full of algae and fish. The log mini home was the size of a closet and a step below knock-off glamping. Needs a deep-scrubbing. Loft had crumbs and wall behind toilet had feces-splatter. The toilet was disgusting, to the point we preferred to use public restrooms before coming back to our cabin. I only rented this option to have our own bathroom but felt duped by the facilities. Got clean towels on the last day which was too late.

When we arrived to our room, there was a ball of hair in the tub. There was also a used plastic knife by the microwave. Staff took care of it immediately.

The pool was clean and the hot tub was ok. As for the room it wasnt horrible, I mean it didnt look dirty. But there was a smell that took some work to get out. They say they have a washer and dryer. No dryer, a spot for one but was not there. They did have a dryer in the 2nd building but after 3 hours clothes still wet. Was suppose to get a treehouse, they put us in a crappy room. Tried to fix it but nobody spoke english.

Overall, felt that the pictures were not the most accurate representation. Stayed in the main building and felt that it was quite loud- heard other guests in the hotel. Air conditioning unit was ridiculously loud and would turn off and on every few minutes. Very disappointed that the outdoor swimming area right on site closed at 5pm. One thing I did like was that the keys were connected to our wrist band.

More like camping than a motel. They should make that clear on website. Room is a large box with no closet, not even a wall hook to hang a towel. We moved out after 1 night.

This was not at all what i expected it to be. The activities are spread around the area and require a vehicle. Due to it being a family establishment, i got hardly any sleep from babies crying and kids yelling. Also, the shower was subpar. Definitely consider other options when staying in the area

The woman that checked me in was very rude. The little cabin was incredibly clean, there was only one chair on the porch though. The shared bathrooms were dirtier than any campground bathroom that I have ever been to. Not to mention that it was listed as shared at the very bottom of the page. We did not know about this at the time of booking! The private beach was a man made lagoon in the middle of the parking lot! Unacceptable. We did not actually stay here! It was false advertising.
