Underwhelmed to say the least

We don’t travel a ton as a family of 5. It’s a special treat. When we do, we don’t expect 5 star service. But, we do expect simple amenities, like warm water and a TV. Both of which we didn’t have.

Our room was dirty and there were dead bugs in our hot tub. The only good thing about this hotel was its location. Don’t waste your money here.

Some big potholes around around the property. But we always love our stay at the Atlantis, has become a tradition to take a picture with the Atlantis Dolphin. We did experience some disrespectful behavior at about 1 in the morning , kids running up and down the halls and screaming "its my Birthday" at the top of their lungs. Wish people could be considerate of others and tale care of their kids. But overall we had another wonderful stay at the Atlantis.

Towels in bathroom had black hairs folded in them. They won't answer the front dest after over 10 tries. Tons of ants in indoor pool area. Cloudy water. Dirty facility. Disgusting bathrooms by pool. Dirty diaper in front of our "patio". Room has patio with chairs but door is bolted shut so you can't even use it!!

The people at the front desk was rude and the cleaning people didn’t bring in fresh towels or toilet paper, called front desk multiple times cause they weren’t being up the towels or toilet paper. Also the room smelled bad

One of our bed sheets was stained. Another had dirty and debris when bed moved and dirty towels behind the door. The building was confusing to get a luggage cart to your room. We were on the 4th and took elevator from lobby but halfway down our floor were stairs and had to haul luggage down thr stairs. The pools were over chlorinated and way to crowded and despite the chlorine, the pool water was very cloudy. The restaurant that appeared in one pool is closed and a waste of space. The arcade was a rip off. This was way overpriced, given the poor shape of everything. The balcony deck railings were all pealing with slivers of wood and the railings were all chipped paint. We will never stay there again.

Staff was amazing and very helpful! We couldnt figure out how to get to our room at first so we asked a staff member and she took us right to it, she was so nice! Will definitely return next year!

Our room was gross. It was obviously not cleaned before we arrived. There was dirty wet towels on the ground, the bathroom was still wet and dirty, the room wasn’t vacuumed and had alot of dirt on the ground… our microwave didn’t work. The rooms are not very soundproof and my kids and I woke up numerous of times to noise from upstairs and the hallway… Only pro is that the mini waterpark was good for the kids for a mini getaway (but the water was dirty and disgusting). Probably will not return.
