Worst experience ever! No more hotel stays
My husband and I were staying overnight after working all day and driving to the hotel so we could meet family to celebrate my birthday! We were laying in the bed after showering and I went to cover up and told my husband I think a bug just fell on the floor but then we couldn’t find it! When he got up to shut the light off to go to bed I told him there is something on the pillow he quickly turned the light back on only to find a bed bug crawling on the pillow that was 6” from my face. We immediately called room service and were told they could move us across the hall! At that point I was thoroughly grossed out and we cancelled meeting family and drove the 3 hours back home.

Beware ! Health hazard ! Black mold in shower . Bed mattress was old and lost its firmness. Amana heating unit was really loud and had to wear earplugs. I confronted front desk about issues, and all they said was we're sorry. Won't be staying at a Best Western ever again.

I had booked a suit but did not get one. The wifi was not working. When I left i realized i had forgotten something in the room I called the same day and was told the policy is that items forgotten are not kept? I have never experienced that at any other hotel.
