This place was filthy, i would like to start with the hotel front desk guy. He was pretty nice I had no problem with check in and even leaving due to a family emergency. But

The room and bathroom smelt terrible. Likely black mold or mildew. Tried changing rooms but none of them smelt great. Contemplated checking out after the 1st night but I couldn’t get a refund so we stayed. The smell was so bad it made the whole stay feel gross.

Tammy was great, the rest not so accommodating

Upon arrival, the room looked clean and orderly. Turned on the TV and it wasn't set up so we couldn't get any channels. Went to front desk and spoke with Tammy. She tried to rectify situation, even brought in a different TV but that couldn't connect to the internet. When i checked out, guy behind the desk said "So sorry"..... really?

The first room offered was still occupied. Second room, carpet was old and dingy, made sure to have shoes on and did not set anything down on it. Under the beds was a water bottle, popcorn remains and just dirty. There was construction going on for updates so hopefully old worn out stuff is going to be replaced. But, they still need to clean better. Staff was super helpful and nice. My husband says we will not be returning.

The staff at this property was exceptional. I had several issues with my reservation through Expedia and the front desk staff was very helpful in sorting everything out. Also had brief interactions with some of the housekeeping staff, they were friendly and from all appearances do an excellent job in maintaining a clean and well kept hotel.
