The breakfast waffles were made with either spoiled milk or was left in the machine too long before being remade. They were sour and terrible. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were stale not fresh at all. It was the day after Christmas and probably short staffed but also inexcusable to serve spoiled food.

Easy check in. Big room clean and easy to move around even being in wheel chair. Quiet after 9pm, we checked out at 8am we had kids hockey game to get to. If ever sent to the city again for sure staying at same place.

The parking lot was full of snow and ice while all other parking lots around were fully cleared. There was no one ever at the front desk. The breakfast items were dried out. There was mouse poop in our bathroom the next morning.

I did not stay here overnight! I checked in and got into the room and it was FREEZING! Turned the heat up but discovered that there was a 'gap' between the AC unit and the walls around it ( I have photos) that you could see right outside. The room had a musty odor and the parking lot was slippery and covered in snow! (I have photos). I want a complete refund because I had to take everything back out of the room and search for a different place for the night.

All in all was fine. Large winter event a WEEK before we arrived. Parking lot must not have been done well then as it was pretty treacherous. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. I didnt have much interaction. Breakfast standard fare. My daughter was not impressed with her bathroom cleanliness; said there was a used bar of soap in her shower.

Staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! Gravy was delicious! Everything was very good. Hot Tub was very hot and felt great after hiking at devils lake! Will stay here again! ALDI was conveniently across the street as well! It's in a great location.
