The cleaning crew and the breakfast lady were TOP NOTCH. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The will clean daily unless you have DND. Breakfast was always hot and full. Also some cereal options. Downside was the hot tub wasn't working and pool room was very chilly. The sauna was nice.

Overall we liked the room, but whirlpool bath didn’t work. There were cobwebs in some places and one towel had a stain.

This was a comfortable, clean stay with the all the amenities we needed for a 3 day ski trip to Portage. The staff is extremely hard working and diligent! Thank you for a comfortable stay.
