Check in staff was nice, but rooms seemed dated and bathroom was not as clean as i would have liked ( grit and dust on the floor in the corners and along the wall. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, and a couple bagels, which was okay, but there was also a bowl of the smallest, saddest, misshapen apples that I have ever seen. It would have been better to have not put them out. Some were honestly no bigger than 2 inches.

Perfect stay on a budget
This is a 2 star hotel that met all 2 star expectations. Here are the ways it exceeded expectations: very clean, employees were attentive and friendly, best water pressure I've ever had at a hotel, pool was kept warm

Don't judge a book by its cover...
I was concerned with this hotel based on the condition of the exterior. But, my worries were unfounded. The interior and pool were well maintained and clean. My room looked really good, especially for the cost. The breakfast was lacking, but otherwise I was pleased with my stay.

I went and checked in that gave me my room number and when I got there at the hotel, they were pulling mattresses out and then when I got to my room, they were pulling everything out of the room and the workers there cleaning did not understand English so I had to go back to the front desk. And my fiancé was very upset and he said, I think you all have bed bugs and that we didn't want to stay if there were bed bugs and then he said a cuss word and the lady said at the desk to refund our money back and then she said that I had to go through. Expedia, to get a refund, and that if I called them, they would accept the. Refund and give it back. When I called Expedia, they said that I was denied my refund, and that they said I came in, throwing a fit and cussing them out. That's not exactly what happened, and but I explained to Expedia, that the hotel had bed bugs, and they were pulling everything out, and our room wasn't even ready, I ended up. Getting my money back, but I was very upset over this

I FOUND OTHER PEOPLES DRUGS IN MY ROOM, room 208 to be exact people were noisy past quiet time woke up at 4 in the morning to kids screaming and banging in the walls bathroom ad soap and conditioner on the walls under the sink was a baggie of a white substance and a bottle of Adderall I couldn’t even get a refund over all I give this place a one star would not book here again.

Booked on Expedia and said pet friendly but unless you tabbed into all the policies did u find you would be charged. I was Honesr said I had two small dogs and was charged 70 and 7 for a different fee. Had this been clear upon the booking I would have boarded my dogs for a lot less! Hope this helps anyone thinking about reserving!
