The room was fine, bathroom a little out dated. The poor score is primarily due to the fact that an hour after we checked in, another guest entered our room. Very unnerving. The staff at the front desk was notified but I didn't get feeling that they cared. It was a sorry and we do place a note in the system. Whatever that means.
