I was very disappointed with my stay because I was awakened at 3:30 a.m. by loud noise coming from the room next to me. I called the front desk and was told they would respond, but the disturbance continued for about an hour with ongoing loud noise. Upon checkout, I was not offered any concession or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. This made for a very frustrating experience.

I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Wisconsin Dells. The hotel was nice and very clean, and the room was a good size with plenty of space to relax. The location is excellent—close to attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

The fire alarm kept going off during our stay. At least three times. We weren’t offered an explanation. My husband went to the desk twice and was not given an explanation either. While we slept it went off again for 25 seconds and turned off.

Was at counter to check in. Person at front desk saw us and just kept stocking drinks in cooler right next to the desk. Hotel was packed and kids were running through halls throughout night yelling. My wife and i were deep asleep and phone started ringing waking us up at like 1 AM. Was a hotel employee saying there was excessive noise coming from our room. We were asleep! You think they would come upstairs and check situation out before randomly calling a room. Ridiculous. Rooms are dated and service from staff was just bad. Will not stay again.

The hot tub was very warm and perfect for relaxing! The last night it needed a little more water. The room was clean and perfect size for me and my daughter. The staff greeted us every time we entered the hotel.
