We stayed at the hotel and our sheets had dried blood and the towel service was not to our expectation 3hr wait for towel service. The sheets smelled damp and we told the staff about the issues and nothing was done to accommodate the situation.

Air conditioning didn't work. Thermostat at 66 but temperature at 73. Air conditioner sounded like a jet plane all night. Bathroom sink took 30 minutes to drain. Water pressure in shower was nonexistent. Breakfast was by far the worst we have experienced. Eggs were not edible. Very few choices. Breakfast area dirty and most items were empty.
