The rooms were disgusting, there was noise all night long. the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The shower didn't drain. I would never stay here again

The water theme park it’s great big clean and beautiful the staff are friendly but not professional especially the staff works in the food court areas expect to wait for the slice of pizza for over half an hour and the food is horrible in there..

It was good, I didn’t like the position of the bathroom door as it pointed towards the beds. If you have little kids I could see where you might like this. Also I don’t like the travel people at the check in desk that yell at you to come over to sell you a coupon book. Just put up a sign and let people decide. They are like those game people at carnival. Also when I was leaving there was either a bat or a bird in the hallway.

The room had been updated with the flooring and the kitchen area. The place was overall clean. The one place that was dirty was the floor in the Entrance/Kitchen area. Also the Tv's did not all work consistently so some TVs had Cable with no issues and others can cable with weird tv issues such as no sound or it narrating what was going on.

Our bed made a "boing" sound when getting out of it, a coffee maker in the room would be nice. A shuttle from the hotel to the park might be a good idea. But over all, clean, well supplied and mostly quiet after a long day at the park.

The water park is very nice. Enjoyed every minute there. The hotel room was decent. My first time to Wisconsin Dells was great!
