It was okay, we stayed in a building “off-site” from the resort. There was no staff in the building, so when we had VERY loud (probably a room of kids) neighbors upstairs there was no one to call or ask for help. It was clean. There was no coffee maker.

Very disappointed

Room very run down. Only had two beds and table. Room had plenty of room to have an additional chair on ottoman but there was none. The bathroom was very small. There was just enough room between the tub and door for the door to just not hit. Mt Olympus needs to put money into there hotels and take a break on upgrading their outside water park.

The beds are uncomfortable and the rooms are outdated. Kids had fun overall and I’d come back in the summer for the outdoor park

Rooms was ok for the price. People under our room played loud music all night. Tons of runny in halls n playing on doors by kids. Front desk never brought us bathroom tissue to room. Had to call front desk multiple times n no one came. After many attempts we just left early

Didn’t tell me hotel room was miles away. Room substandard. Window boarded up. Not enough towels. No service help when needed. Dirty room. Smelled like bacteria. Springs in bed made sounds and we’re not supportive of the weight. I weigh 130 lb. Never stay again. Told people not to stay there.

We were told at check in that they would text us the room number..when available..they never did..plus phone number they gavevus to callwasnt working...the room was so so...we had 2 familes with a TON of children...they allowed them to run..SCREAM..YELL ALL NIGHT LONG..we went out in hallway all dad said was...what?... they should have a building just for families and a building just for adults..poor service..nit a goodtime

Everything was amazing but one thing when security knocked on my door at 2 am for noise complaint when there was no noise in my room I literally was the only person in the room . And me talking on the phone or watching tv shouldn’t be a problem

It would be nice if the indoor water park was open until 10 pm in the winter months so that people have something to do at the hotel other than paying for games. Adding small coffee makers to the hotel rooms would be great.

When we checked in our bed we’re already slept in with makeup on the sheets I called to have the beds relaid and waited 45 minutes. An employee showed up to the door with new pillows stating he could not change the sheets until the morning. When I requested to speak to a supervisor she was very rude and gave me a complete attitude when I requested a room change.
