The place is perfect for the price. It has been updated and looks clean. You can hear the other rooms around you (shower turning on, people walking). Overall a decent stay and I would come back!

Hotel is updated and clean, breakfast is low quality and lacking nutrients. mostly sugar and carbs, but what do you expect. pool looked clean but did not use it. upon check-in they did give me a key to a room thats already occupied - that was awkward. but they quickly reassigned me to an unoccupied room. Id be pretty upset if I was in my room and someone else just walked in LOL

The room appeared clean when we arrived but when getting in the bed the sheets appeared clean but were not. The pillows all smelled like greasy head and there was a big hair ball when we pulled back the sheets. When I went to the front desk he wanted to give us a new room but I had already brought my family and our stuff into the room I just wanted fresh sheets. He gave them to me but the pillow cases still wreaked and did not smell clean.

Hotel was recently remodeled. Breakfast area was nice and food was fine. Was nice breakfast was open at 6 with early morning sports tournaments. Didn’t use the pool. Was empty every time I went by. Nobody typically at the front desk either unless you ring the buzzer. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Staff could definitely be more friendly and welcoming. Only saw 2 staff the whole time we were there and did not offer any sort of greeting or welcome. I was provided no information on anything breakfast pool hours checkout time told me my room number and handed me a key other than asking me for my id there were no other words

We chose this hotel because was next to the Crystal Grand and we were going to a concert. It worked out perfect. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The shower could use some updating. We would def stay again.
