Nice place for a large family tonstay

Overall we had an excellent stay. The only quibble was housekeeping wouldn't replenish our towels with the correct number we needed each day, making us have to go to the front desk daily to request more for a family of six. Other than that it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

The room was set up kinda funky. Hard to watch tv at night. The toilet was so low to the floor I had to use the toilet by breakfast area. The buffet breakfast was nice, the beds were comfortable, the room could have been a little cleaner.

Fantastic breakfast! Amazing staff! Better lable need on the blinds switch & longer curtain & drainage in the accessible shower room, but it was very clean. There were yhree police splitting up a girl fight on our floor when we got there. I doubt much the hotel could have done to prevent that. It was quiet later on, though.

To start with kids we’re running around in the room above us. The shower soap dispenser was empty. There was only decafe coffee by the coffee machine. We went to use the pool and it was full of kids playing ball. The a/c cycled on and off all night so the room was either too hot or too cold.

The stay was a good location for Noah’s Ark. The breakfast was decent minus the fake scrambled eggs. Our room could have been cleaner. Under the mattress was a chip cover, Under the pull out bed was filthy like it was never vacuumed. The shower was phenomenal but dirty.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very clean and staff was great. I would stay here again. The only downside is the breakfast area is way too small and poorly laid out for the amount of people, it is very chaotic and frustrating trying to get food.
