The first room they sent us to, it had not been cleaned, bed not made and dirty towels on the floor and it was 9:30 pm. They did get us a different room but that was after we had taken the luggage up to the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall. Had to go back down to the desk, but then they did get us a good room.

This hotel needs to be shut down and thouroughly cleaned. We went to turn down beds and found bed bugs. The sheets also looked very used. Could see through them and had been stained. Room also had hole in the wall.

I would not stay here again,I had no problems with the staff. The room I booked that they gave us was occupied by someone else so we had to switch to a smaller room,The listed room fines seemed a little harsh and off putting. No cooking in the room that was furnished with a microwave. No coffee pot was present. I was notified by the health department after arriving home for 5 days that the Hot Tub in the pool area tested along with a few people to have tested positive for Legioners Disease.

When we arrived the parking lot was disgusting with debris and even a pair of high heal shoes in the lot *this was both at 1 pm when we stopped in and the still there at 5 pm when we arrived to check in. The interior had an awful smell like the carpets had not been shampooed in years. The hot tub was not working and the window in our room was screwed shut with a piece of wood. Unsatisfactory in my opinion for a Wyndham room.
