Decent…but don’t ask for more pillows

Overall, I would just say decent… especially for the price. They charge $30 for a pet, so add that to your total when deciding. I checked in at 3pm and asked for 2 additional pillows and a blanket. They provided the blanket but I was told they didn’t have extra pillows. I checked back for more pillows around 9 PM and was still told they had no extra pillows. Also, the hotel was not fully booked, so I feel like they could’ve easily went into another room that was not being rented, especially at that time of night to grab a few extra pillows for a guest. They just didn’t wanna make that attempt.

The hotell smelled like urine all over the halls and especially the elavator it was also so cold in the hotel that we had to keep out coats and gloves on while eating breakfast the staff at night and weekend didnt speak or make eye contact and when u needed something u were using the phone at the front desk to find them nobody ever at the desk at night very sketchy crowd and small kids running the hallways not a relaxing time wont stay there again

Not good

To start with, out check in took over an hour. I had requested adjoining rooms well over a month ago. No one contacted me to tell me they didnt have them. Then they had one of the rooms on the ground floor one on the 3rd floor. I said "no, we requested adjoining rooms, we at least want them next to eachother." It took over an hour for them to figure it out! We couldnt go anywhere else, as there was a Hockey Tournament and Cheer Competition in town, and everything was booked. We got 2 rooms on the ground level next to eachother. The hall was freezing, as was the pool room. They never came to give clean towels, we stayed 2 days, and when we got there, the bathroom garbage was full! Gross!! There's no place to hang anything, coats ect, besides the bathroom. The shower head was really low, and the shower head sprayed weird. It either needed to be replaced or cleaned! The bathroom floor was freezing!
