Smoke and mirrors at this hotel. We set up 3 rooms and the guy screwed up one so bad. He put my fil credit card to another room for a different customer and charged me. Once i caught it they reversed that charge and charged the correct credit card customer. Master suite we booked was in below average condition. Holes in wall, chipped tub, dirty couches and a fridge that didnt close because of the huge amount of ice. Thankfully, we did not have to spend any more time there than we had to. Breakfast was well below par.

The front desk people were very nice. However, when we arrived to our room and pulled back the covers, we were not sure what was on the sheets. It was wet and wrinkled. There was a bug, not sure what kind, in the sink. We went back to let the front desk know and he apologized and moved us to another room.

Dirty and hot tub closed the day we arrived later to get a call from the health dept stating we might be exposed to Leginares disease from the hot tub. Thankful we didnt go in it. Old and dirty will never stay ay a super 8 again

The first room they sent us to, it had not been cleaned, bed not made and dirty towels on the floor and it was 9:30 pm. They did get us a different room but that was after we had taken the luggage up to the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall. Had to go back down to the desk, but then they did get us a good room.
