Stayed here quite a bit. Booked through Expedia still needed to give them the same information even though I filled it out online to try and save time. Was told our room had things it did not even though we asked the front desk before we got our keys. For how much business we give them wish they would take care of you a little better. Have two smaller kids that needed a bath but the shower drain was broke in the tub.

OVERWHELMING febreeze and bounce sheet smells!!

Everything was clean , but the amount of febeeze type smells was COMPLETELY overwhelming! If you have any type of breathing/lung issues this is not the hotel for you , we opened the windows for a few hours and even that didn't really help! The pools inside and outside were both fun . The beds felt good and the rooms were very clean

Did not enjoy my stay

Front desk not friendly at all couldn’t even check earlier when they’re an hour early. They won’t let me in which is fine I understand but when I checked out, I gave them two hours early. How nice is that? Got charged for amenities $22 per night additional from the hotel stay which I wasn’t aware of and never have happened to me. The gym was not even available till 9 AM. Most hotels has availability 24 seven with your card key. This one they had a card key but they will lock the gym until 9 AM which was NOT! convenient. I like to go to the gym at 7AM and wasn’t able to, maids don’t don’t know how to knock the doors they just walk in on you just because they have the key very unprofessional. They need to get trained better. carpeting was dirty in my room and on the elevators as well. My room phone had no service. I had to go at the front desk and ask they came up and looked at it will take care of it and never happened. Had to used my own personal phone to call for towels . Will NEVER stay at the Wyndham hotel ever. and those pictures online they are too good to be true especially the pool.
