The property was not well kept, they fail to mention it is on a noisy and busy intersection. Room constantly smelled of Tobacco/Cigarettes. There was some suspect white powdery substance on a side plate, burnt underneath by flames left over from the previous tenant. So was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. Freezer was frozen solid, could not make use of it. Shower drain was blocked. Ceiling leaked. We did vacate and we did receive a refund for our unused nights, however there was quite a bit of back and forth admin to get this refund

Stayed with family for 3 nights. Property was generally clean and comfortable, however there were a few issues during my stay which were not resolved after a series of messages and phone calls: TV not working, ceiling lights stopped working, only two sets of towels provided for 3 guests. The property management team was responsive enough but not able to provide adequate or timely solution. Also the property was on the ground level, facing one of the main traffic paths in Woking, so it would not have been my choice had I known it.
