The manager doesn’t have the manners to speak. I was only 28 minutes late for check out. She called me and started saying. If you did not check out. I’m gonna call the cops and when I checked out, there were a lot of persons of the staff who was standing outside my room, holding the door and saying that you have to go out here, go out, and then the manager came to me downstairs. I was in room 115 and she told me you are not allowed to this property again. I don’t know what’s wrong with her, but she gave very bad experience. There were a lot of things in the room to be fixed. I never spoke about that. The washroom door lock was broken. There were bowls in the room broken. They chargers $15 extra for the dog every day, but then Dealer gave anything for the dog for like a small bed or something. The room was at very cold temperature they did not fix that. Very bad experience and slumber, and never going back to them.

This seems like it was a major chain hotel that became independent. The rooms were small, and the beds were small in my room, but no complaints. Staff is great, the breakfast was excellent, and the 24-hour access to the machine for coffee, lattes, and hot chocolate was such a pleasant surprise, as I was there with a group of teenage girl and girls.

Excellent choice and is close to Valley Regional Hospital, shopping and the highway. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. The added touches to the hotel such as the coffee station makes it stand out.

We had a great stay. The staff were great and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was the size of the bed, there were no king-size bed options only queen-size beds. Breakfast was really good.

My stay was adequate. The facility is dated and has seen better days but the room was reasonably clean and the bed was super comfortable! The staff were exceptionally friendly and breakfast was pretty good. It’s not fancy but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it’s not a bad choice. Random note - there are no lamps in the room, it’s overhead lighting only and you can’t reach the switch from bed. If you’re a hater of “the big light” like me, maybe pack a little battery light for beside the bed.

Slumber Inn states it is a 3.5 star hotel but delivers like a 5 star. I would vouch for that. The cost is low, the complimentary breakfast is quite extensive and there are many perks, such as 24 hr coffee/ hot chocolate machine, computer use, washer/ dryer for travellers. I even spotted a BBQ and picnic table outside. It also looked like it had recently had some renovations completed.
