Everything was great. From the customer service to the food. Everything was fantastic. Everyone should book here and stay for a slumber! My only comment is the lack of an elevator for accessibility to the upstairs. We did not need one for our stay but I always keep a star for accessibility when submitting a rating.

So weird asked for the ID of everyone staying in our room? I am 18 and I needed to get my parents consent to stay in the room. Lots of things were not told to us prior to us staying there and we almost were left stranded. Definitely don’t pay attention to their online policies and just call because they don’t match up.

Stayed for 4 nights then had enough went to another hotel. Room was clean. Beds were uncomfortable. No elevator. Stairs only. Parking lot is a joke. Its a trucker hotel. Staff were like zombies. You pay way to much for what you receive. Your paying like its a 5 star hotel. This is a $60 a night maxs. Should not be paying $218 plus per night. Would never come back here again. Im not the only one that was complaining either.
