This is the only hotel in Windsor to stay. Although conveniently located it needs some freshening up. We stayed there about 4 years ago and it is the same, nothing has been renovated and is becoming a bit dated. We stayed in the King suite and the bathroom is very small. Stand up shower only with a corner tub in the living space. Beds were comfortable and cleaning staff were great.

We stayed Aug16th , hotel looked old and shabby inside for the cost of $279 it was clean and staff helpful but seemed like way too much money for this hotel

Front desk was friendly and helpful but the property is dated and poorly kept up. Our room was very dark only lit by table lamps. Very creepy vibe. Bunk beds for kids wood is all chipping away where the ladder sits and strange furniture arrangement made it tight to manoeuvre. The bathroom was very clean.Beds were comfortable .No hot breakfast so we went to Tim's instead. The carpet in the room was stained and the hotel smelled of old cigarettes and someone cooking onions in their room. Had to put a towel under our door as the smell was so strong. We couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning.

Waterslide!

All I can say…WATERSLIDE!!! When travelling for a long time with kids, nothing perks them up more than super cool amenities at a hotel. This waterslide did the job! If travelling with kids…they will not be disappointed.

The people were very nice and the place was clean and constantly being cleaned. We had a first floor accessable room- not because we need it so layout was different than usual but ok. Bed was soft and the hotel room was dated but it was quiet without issues - the only reason for 3 stars bs higher was hotel needs updating . Breakfast was true continental without hot options. Coffee machine made excellent coffee

Needs to be renewed/refreshed… sliding

Hotel has deteriorated over the years. Tiny ants everywhere. Air conditioner had no flow so room was hot as it couldn’t keep up. Had a hard time sleeping as was sweating all night. Breakfast is minimal… no eggs, no bacon, nothing cooked. No fruit. Just machine pancakes and toast and cereal.

The bathroom was rough - corners dirty, tile ungrouted, just felt unclean. The curtain into the nook for our kids (acting like a door) was dirty- I wouldn’t let my kids touch it. It wasn’t worth the over $300 we paid. We won’t stay again
