I was in a twin room this time. It was a bit dated and felt a little neglected. It was still comfortable and service is always friendly and welcoming.

Great property right next to WIN stDuim cloae proximity to the entertainment centre, beach, pubs etc places inside motel to eat and dine, room service. Blue room bed blankets could be washed though they stick and smell stale havent been washed. More comfortable pillows could also be changed. Overall all a great little place to stay

Spacious room

We only stayed one night as meeting with friends there. Very spacious room with big bathroom. Good to have coffee making machine. There were street parking at night saving us parking at the hotel.

Very convenient area for win entertainment close to beach and plenty of food options. Staff were very friendly and welcoming room was clean with a big comfortable bed and a good choice for continental breakfast. Only thing i would say is the shower could do with some bleach otherwise no complaints i would stay here again and recommend staying here

I stayed at the Sage Hotel in Wollongong for two nights and had one of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had. Thomas at the front desk was incredibly helpful and even offered me an upgrade from my Executive Balcony Room to a Family Suite. While the gesture was appreciated, the extra living space in the suite felt a little tired and narrow, so I didn’t really make use of it. The room itself was pleasant but definitely showing its age — marks on the walls and skirting boards, bathroom stains, and some dirt in the corners. It could use a fresh coat of paint to match the photos on the website, which looked more polished than reality. I dont drink coffee, but the in room coffee machine had also seen better days. That said, the room was still clean overall. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, coastal paths, restaurants, and shops. Parking was secure and hassle-free. The continental breakfast had a great variety (the banana bread was delicious!), and I loved the free ground-floor water station with both still and sparkling options for refilling bottles. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d be happy to return in the future. I’ve only marked it down slightly due to the condition of the room and bathroom.

It was a busy weekend due to a League game at the stadium, but the staff on reception handled the check-in very well and were friendly & informative. Was able to pull up car at the front, Checkin & then proceed down to carpark ($25). With lift from carpark to floor we stayed on. The room size was still fine with an extra rollout bed for a 3rd person.
