Pretty Good Overall
The layout is weird. My son’s first comment was, “Which cell is ours?” Still, the room was comfortable and quiet, The WiFi did not work in the bedroom, so we had to use our devices in the living room. The had waffles for breakfast but the batter was seriously runny and which didn’t allow the inside of the waffle to cook all the way. The coffee was also watered down which no amount of sugar could cure.

For the bargain conscious traveler!
This was my first stay at Comfort Suites. I enjoyed the layout of the suite, but there were many short comings. The furniture is old and worn out and in need of replacement. Hotel policy is you have to request housekeeping every 3rd day. The housekeeping did an outstanding job. The breakfast buffet was lacking. Same thing every day; scrambled eggs, sausage patties, toast your own bread, cereal, instant oatmeal, apples, juice, and coffee. I opted for Bob Evans, which was a half mile from hotel. I felt the rooms were over priced for what I've experienced in newer suite hotels in the area. Although the staff were very pleasant, especially Ms. Mary at the front desk, I wouldn't stay here again personally. I rather pay more for higher standards, better food options, and newer decor. Not to be too judgemental, there were a lot of undesirables in and around the hotel. I can say this because I'm a retired Police Supervisor and notice these things.

This hotel seemed like it had alot of locals hanging around the property after dark. One even went as far as to try to tell us we had to pay to park. LOTS of activity in the back parking lot. Broken beer bottles and trash on the outside. Didnt seem like the kind of environment I would want to be welcomed to again.

Bad overall
We booked 2 rooms for one night in the same reservation. When arrived, front desk said we only have 1 room on our reservation. Despite shwoing her our printed receipt, she refuse to give us our other room. Waiting time with Hotels.com was long and we were very tired so we decided to just pay for another room and seek help from Hotels.com later. THEY CHARGED US ALMOST $60 MORE THAN what we paid through hotels.com. eventually we spoke to hotels.com and they confirmed that the hotel made a mistake. Now we are extra money out of pocket and waiting on refund. VERY RUDE SERVICE. Nasty hotel too.

Excellent hotel, well maintained, comfortable large rooms, excellent breakfast, easy and well lit parking and very helpful and friendly staff. Only complaints - the AC unit was very loud and only two towels in a room that slept 6! Plus no blanket for the sleeper sofa but thankfully they had an extra when I asked!
