The hotel and our stay was very good as the staff accommodated our late check in and check out, the room was very clean and spacious. The new coffee options in the lobby were fantastic and a great initiative. I left a note for housekeeping as I was disappointed with the quality of the bedsheets as the bottom sheet on our bed was quite worn and pilled throughout. It may not seem like a big deal but when you are looking for a place to sleep cleanliness and comfort are key factors. The property meant the mark on cleanliness indeed but the bedsheet should be replaced and not used as it took away from a comfortable sleep. All the other beds and bedding were perfect, just wanted to bring attention to the details so that housekeeping can address easily so it doesn't take away from all the wonderful things that this hotel offers. We were only passing through to break up a lengthy drive and needed a place to sleep. At $300 a night, I was expecting a comfortable sleep and that is why I didn't choose the questionable cheaper Howard Johnson location in the area. Thank you.

I had anticipated a restaurant on property. However only breakfast was served. But several eating locations around the area. Also fridge was smaller than expected. No in room coffee now but they have a 24 hr machine in lobby and filtered water for your water bottle! Gym was small and bike needed service. But you could still accomplish a workout. Pool was great!

For a $400 king suite it would have been nice to have a non-plastic cup to drink out of. Also no dishes or coffee maker in the room. Bare minimum towels. Otherwise room was comfortable and the staff would try and get you anything you needed.

Great location (just off the highway), clean, quiet and very welcoming. Cody at the front desk was particularly warm and friendly and even had a fun little gift for our dog! Breakfast was great, too! We will stay again.

Best Western Plus is a fabulous brand - sort of like the old VW bug - not pretentious but solid. A great value and exactly what you expect. I booked this hotel for its proximity to the US I95 border crossing. Phenomenal cleanliness and solid room quality. Breakfast was solid and ample. Staff accommodating but to be honest did have much interaction or need to. Would definitely stay again.
