Ended up staying a second night after checking out.Place is clean and quiet.The $100 incidental deposit is ridiculous! Because of checking out the first night,then returning for a second night they now have $200 tied up on my CC witch I find ridiculous.

The room walls are so thin you can hear every conversation so clearly. The can hear the other doors slamming shut. The only ok things were the beds and the bathroom. I will never stay here again.

Talk in the morning to the lady she say was manager on duty I show her bed bug they put sheets and bed bug pad cover for the mattress was very nasty and dusty and dirty the bed room was clean but bed old a I work for Hilton and that was not the proper way to handle this situation I hope they fix this that lady ignore me I inspected hotel for q/a this place is not safe

I was informed when I checked in if i wanted my room cleaned up i had to ask early in the morning. If i needed towels or anything else just to come up to front desk. I felt like i was at a quick service mart hotel. People were friendly. I appreciated the free coffee and tea area.

I like this hotel there’s many channels on the tv, and the light sockets turn red, which the person can locate in the dark. I just don’t like one blonde hair woman at reception this morning was very rude, when I called her and in person, she even argued with me. I asked for one yogurt in the kitchen because my daughter wanted, at 9 am my boyfriend saw but was locked she argued that it was open went to get waffles and saw it. However, he saw it closed. we left dissatisfied with the treatment, we paid 269 .

I am writing to inform you that we checked out at approximately 11:30 PM due to several issues we encountered during our stay. Firstly, there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout the room, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, we found the room to be unsanitary, with open coffee packages left in the room and a dirty bathroom floor. The shower also did not drain properly, further contributing to the unpleasant conditions. Given these circumstances, we felt it necessary to leave the room early. We hope you will take these matters into consideration for future guests.
