Great locations. Terrible room, not clean, massive blood stain in the carpet (not sure if someone was shot), and LOUD! The bar is so loud, people drunk and screaming and it just echos. Then you have all the kids running up and down the hallways banging on doors. Staff is absolutely rude and useless. Phone never worked. Towels like sandpaper, bed sheets felt like paper. This place is just old and terrible.

My sheets had not been changed. I could clearly see that somebody had slept in the bed. In addition, there were three long black hairs on the sheets. Then I ate dinner in the restaurant (had the pasta), where I found another black hair in the sauce. I was still charged for the food, but offered a free dessert. I had stayed for two nights, when I came back after my first nights stay, my room had not been serviced. I called the front desk and they said they only service the rooms every other day. This isn’t a problem if it stated at the time of check-in. But I had thrown all my towels in a heap on the floor, so I had no fresh towels. I think they could’ve done a better job of communicating this information. I don’t plan on ever staying at this Embassy suites again.

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful. Would stay again. Elevator was super slow. Lots of kids running around screaming in the halls and lobby. Pool and hottub were so packed at all times and couldn’t use it.

We like this property because it is clean and bright. The bathroom was old but clean. The tub drain was completely plugged. They fixed that in less than 30 mins. We have a miniature Schnauzer puppy. They charged us $75.00 plus $9 tax. The room rate was over $220 plus $28.00 in taxes per night. The price is OK but we did not get the room on the first floor we requested, We ended up on the 3rd floor far from the entrance from the parking lot. The employees were friendly and attempted to give us a room that would work for our needs. The room we got was not equivalent to the room we had previously at this property. The included breakfast was excellent, great selection, good quality. We ate there each day we stayed at the property. There are a lot of eating and shopping stores within 1/2 mile. We will likely stay at this property next year when we go to Boston.
