Police out front warned us not to stay there! Many people under the influence wondering around. Many sick people wondering around. This place should be removed from the Expedia website immediately. Not suitable.

Place dirty, dude in the front was a jerk just not worth it. No toilet paper. Fridge was packed with food from previous petson. No housekeeping. Just horrible

The room was not clean the floor was disgusting and there was roaches everywhere! I left around 230am. I couldn’t do it anymore, I just kept finding more roaches. I need a full refund please.

It's outdated, which I am okay with, but not clean. The fitted sheet was too small, exposing the dirty loose sheet underneath. The bathroom sink had gunk in it. The TVs were being upgraded, but it only consisted of standard cable still, (just a larger tv that now captures the glare from the sconce). We were placed by an access door that shut loudly, and had to have our curtains slightly open on one side as to the block the parking lot light shining on our faces as we slept on the other side. The bathroom sink faucet was faulty, thankfully the kitchen sink wasn't so we brushed out there. Awful water pressure. Looks like they're upgrading and we got there too soon. But cleanliness could be fixed and the outdatedness wouldn't matter.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for about 3-4 minutes. In the morning there were no bowls or spoons to even prepare the instant cereal.

As soon as I opened my room door the strong smell of cigarette smoke hit my face before I entered the room. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change and was told that there was no more rooms available and I that I would have to return to the front desk the next morning to see if there is a room available for me the change. Next morning I went to the front desk and was given a key to a new room to check out before moving my belonging to the new room. The new room was better, had no smell of cigarette but still the room smelled alittle musty. And there as 1 dirty towel left in the bathroom and the couch was broken. I eneded up moving to the new room. My experience was unpleasant and I will not book that exact location again.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The hotel was convenient and close to the interstate and restaurants. Part of this decision to stay here was “breakfast included.” After I paid, at check in, I was told there would not be breakfast because of a delivery issue…. Not my problem. Thank you.

if i could rate this hotel 0 stars i would. do NOT stay here unless you want to be disrespected or have bloody sheets. i have been trying to get into contact with someone at this location and no one is answering the phone or emails.. Very unprofessional and annoying as this has been going on since august 19th.. First off the front desk woman was rude as well as the manager on site. I had went to the hotel, checked the beds as I usually do when going to a hotel and our bed had blood on multiple spots.. I simply went to the front and just asked for the sheets to be changed. the guy up front was kind and understanding.. he went to go talk to his manager and she got upset.. She was yelling in her office which is behind the front desk and she knew i was standing there, She said "you get what you pay for" and just continued to ramble. I was not asking for much just a sheet change so then i got upset and didn't want the situation to get any bigger so I then told the guy up front if he could just issue me a refund and i will take my business elsewhere and he had no problem doing that. Showed me that he issued the refund and expedia would call them to approve the refund. It has now been almost a full month and no one knows how to answer calls or emails.

Wish I spent $20 more to stay somewhere else

The hotel was just over all not very clean, lots of dirt in corners just not cleaned properly. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet in our room it felt VERY grimey on our feet. The bed didn’t have any skirt just a bare mattress box spring , there was a hole in the wall that was repaired but never re painted so it was just a fresh (not fresh) spackle patch. There were no amenities such as cups or conditioner or lotion. The very bare bones for a nights sleep which is alll we did and left. Also the “free breakfast” was a coffee and tea station that also had oatmeal packets and the only creamer was also in packet form. The people working were nice enough but nothing above and beyond. OH and they couldn’t call the front desk because our phone line was actually cut.

Staffed and run by idiots and morons

When I arrive, I had to wait for the gentleman working the desk to stop flirting with a woman before he finally served me. Then he finally gives me a key to my room. I go to my room, open it, and walk in on a person cooking their dinner. I go back to the front desk, and the gentleman is no longer there, but a woman who appears to be his superior has now taken over. She told me that he “had a long day,” and doesn’t know why he made that mistake. Then she gives me a key to a second room. I opened that door, and I find a gentleman sleeping on his bed in his room. So TWICE I was given room keys to OCCUPIED rooms. Then I had to wait in line again for multiple other people to be served. I had been at the establishment for half an hour and had no room. Finally, the woman very proudly states that she herself has checked the next room, and proceeds to walk me there and show me that there’s no one staying in it, as if this is some sort of amazing accomplishment on her behalf. If there was a grade lower than zero stars this place deserves it. They are a literal clown show and have no clue how to run a business whatsoever. The female employee murmured something about refunding my stay, but I’ve not received any indication that that has actually happened.This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel, and I am a musician who travels around the country and stays in hundreds of hotels each year. They win the prize for 2025.
