When I arrived my keycard wasn't able to be made to get into my room, to make matters worse the hotel employee who checked me in gave me misinformation about there being a charging station in the garage for my Chevy Bolt EUV which the drive depleted the battery and i would have been stranded in Worcester, MA if I didn't charge My vehicle before the Concert i was going to go too. So because of the Incorrect information given to me by the hotel employee, I not only missed the concert but almost got stuck in Worcester!!! Oh and I paid more than what was told to me by Expedia which was $198.90 not $248.00! Great Job Expedia and Hampton inn!!!
