Very convenient, it is pet friendly just wished I didnt have a room so close to two yappy dogs, but needed to go out and do what dogs do. Also wished the hotel had bar soap for hand washing, apparently was on backorder. Out front there were 4-5 shattered slate tiles that people and our pet friends have to walk on, that probably should get some attention. The overall stay was nice the breakfast was very nice, very attentive staff for breakfast, many thanks.

The room looked unkept. Bathroom was dirty and rusty. The floor carpet looked so dirty. The staff were nice thought. It's just the room that was dirty. There was someone's hair on the bathroom walls meaning the bathroom was not cleaned before I probably got there.

Very old property, disgusting carpets in halls, smelly. Fire (?) door separates hallway on 2nd floor, making it difficult to negotiate luggage carts. Granted, facility is being refurbished, but it might not be enough to save this aging relic of a hotel.

The property is old, and letting people stay while they are renovating. I was roomed on the third floor with strong smell of dilapidation, chemicals, dust with cardboard as flooring in the common area outside my door that was a hazard for fall and respiratory illness. I went down to the lobby to let the staff know my concern, but was told “I only stay in the lobby area. I don’t go to the rooms so I am not sure what the conditions of theses rooms are. I travelled a lot and have been in so many hotels in different countries but have never seen any unkempt hotel like this. I am sorry. I don’t normally do reviews, but I have to because this is the worst of the worst experience
