Likely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Had it not been midnight when we checked in, I’d have left. We were passing through on a road trip. Carpets were sticky/filthy and I killed a roach on the wall. Hunkered down for 5 hours and then got back on the road. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This property was horrible, never mentioned anything about renovations when booking. Property was filthy inside and out and smelled like marajuana to the point that our room smelled as if with were blazing it up. Staff was rude and when Expedia reached out to the property to give us a credit it was denied because they said the renovations were only happening on the first floor and we were on the third. I have photos of the third floor to show how bad our experience was and am extremely disappointed in the experience we had.

This hotel was good! It was such an easy check in and the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. They are currently renovating the hotel but even with that there’s no mess. The renovated rooms are extremely nice and very modern. The breakfast was small but still a good morning meal! The bed was comfortable and you could tell it was fairly new which was a huge bonus! Overall it was a great stay

The staff was pleasant. The breakfast looked nice. I loved the water cooler and also that there was a fridge in the room and shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I didn’t love the stains on the carpet. The air in the room was stagnant and had an odor and we couldn’t get any fresh air since the windows wouldn’t open.

The room was empty, had a microwave a fridge a bed a tv no dresser no closet no phone in room. There was so much traffic in the hallways at all hours if the night. No phone in room to call n complain. Paint smell was strong, AC wasnt working and was dirty, shower head had build up of mold and floors were dirty, fridge didnt work and had old moldy food inside. People in n out of rooms and door slamming at all hours if the night.
