Beautiful details and decoration, very well situated to the town and parking just outside . Realky lovely touches , a small gift bag of Molton Brown essentials which was a lovely suprise ! Super comfy bed and sofa . I look forward to going back!

Good location close to the centre of Worcester. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future.

Our only issue was the noise from an Asda refrigerated depot, located next to The Infirmary, as it kept us awake the first two nights as it was particularly hot weather and it must have been working harder than usual to keep its produce chilled, this quietened down as temperatures reduced so normally this would not be such an issue.

The bathroom was very cute but the shower door was off the railing and did not close properly. I understand that the building is old but still wasn't super thrilled that we could hear the people above us moving about.
