The room was comfortable and the hot spring was great. The breakfast was not the greatest the food was not hot. The restaurant on site was very good.

About the only thing I liked here was the waffle at breakfast and the hot water pressure in the shower. This did not justify the exorbitant price for a dated hotel with dirty carpets and the strong smell of bleach.

I’ve been hearing about this place for years. We were all really excited to stay. Unfortunately everything was subpar. Even the couple who have stayed here in the past were also very disappointed to the point that they will not stay again. The staff was friendly, I’ll give it that. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant had seemingly one person running bar and tables. It took quite a while to get a drink and a menu. I left after a half hour of waiting. The tv remote only worked to turn on and volume control. The bathroom made loud whistling and wheezing noises throughout the night to the point that I could barely sleep. I hate leaving a bad review but this stay was a let down. I hope they work on swifter and more readily available staff for the sake of the bar and restaurant.

We'd try something else in the future.

The staff at the front desk was polite and helpful. However would not let us into our room until after 3pm, not a big deal just seemed unnessary. But we found plenty to do in the meantime. The locker room and gym area was basically unuseable. The room was clean but extremely dated and felt old. The hotel itself felt the same. Clean enough but old and outdated. The stairs to the second floor rooms seemed like a fire escape stairwell. The pool and hot tub area was also very mediocre. We tried the restaurant but after waiting 5-10 minutes to be seated decided to go somewhere else. The morning breakfast was terrible. The eggs were cold, country gravy was not good. We ended up throwing the food away and just left. We would not stay at this hotel again, unless it was under new ownership and had a major renovation.

For the price you would think they would keep this hotel clean and somewhat up to date. Room was ok, black mold in bathroom, plumbing leaks, you can hear your neighbors snoring. Food was good, the man who seats you is absolutely a lost person, waitress “Cici” was the only nice thing about this place. Sweet, polite and very cheerful attitude. Parking lot is nice. It saddens me when I see a place with so much potential go to waste so they can profit more. We were just passing through, and said to each other “we should have kept going “. Live and learn…

Hey kids, dead animals...

High hopes for the Spa hotel. Unfortunately it's showing its age, both with the decor and the acceptance/glorification of trophy kills, all proudly displayed in almost 100 pictures (and trophy heads). That aside, the room was dated and mattress as old as the acceptance of the photos. The pool was nice though had to hunt for towels and the majority of the sun loungers were broken. Breakfast was decent with selection of hot items. Good location. Just lacking in investment and acceptance what's acceptable in the 21st century!

room is very nice, safe parking for my motorcycle in front of the room, restaurant is fantastic, but big draw is the hot springs pool and the surrounding park. i walked to the park and got great photos of the buffalo heard.

So call it a hotel. It should be a lot nicer. It was more like a motel eight there is no elevator. The room was outdated and it had an odor to it and the bathroom was terrible.

I would stay again.

Great bar and grill on site. Excellent food and prices. Room was great. Bed was comfortable but the pillows sucked. To much light from the parking lot coming through the curtains mad it hard to sleep. Great pool and hottub area.

I liked the natural mineral hot springs hot tub , the staff was great , the property itself was a little tired and could use some updating , but the fact that it was clean goes a long way , we came for one night and stayed for two
