The room was simple and exactly what we needed. The sheets were so soft and the pillows were perfect!!!! Exactly what we needed for a good nights sleep after sitting in the mineral pools.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the price was good...BUT: 1. Our reservation was for 1 Queen bed; they gave us 2 double beds. 2. There were no night stands by the beds 3. There was no place to hang clothes, nor a stand for a suitcase 4. There was no floor mat in the bathroom - the floors were so cold - we had to use one of the towels for the floor 5. There were no tissues 6. There was no shelf in the shower to put soap, or body wash, etc. 7. The heater was pretty loud with no difference between the levels - the blower was just constant, and it got so hot, we turned it off, and then it g..ot so cold we had to turn it back on... 8. We put a cup of cream and a left over coffee cup in the refrigerator and the next morning they were both frozen solid... 9. There was a dividing wall between the beds, and when you were on one bed or the other you had to turn the TV one direction or the other to really see it... 10. The vanity was in the main room and when you had to use the bathroom, it was inconvenient to wash your hands!

This motel is probably the best that we've stayed at and when we visit the area will stay here again. The check in was so much fun; got to meet the dog and cat of the motel. We felt like family.

Everything about this stay was perfect, the staff is nice, the rooms are spotless, you can even get towels to go soak in the hot springs instead of using the nicer ones from the room. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

If you are looking for a "home" style hotel, this is it. I will go back, and even though it wasn't a "24 hour" corporate place, it felt like staying at a family or friends place. With all the pluses and minuses. If you want to be pampered,... maybe not, but this is a great place to tay.
