We stay same hotel once a year. Love the staff! Room needed thorough vacuuming. I do floor stretches which puts my eyes floor level. Accumulated food bits along edge of beds. Dropped a paper behind TV furniture. Wish I hadn't had to see what I did when I retrieved it. Yuk!

First of all got double charged told me it’s what the bank institutions do so if you’re limited on budget just beware of this. The room was very dirty the sheets have stains the tub was filthy and hair was everywhere had to clean myself before we could shower the pool and hot tub was dirty and the hot tub was cold very little water and full of crap. Thank goodness it was just a place to sleep. But the bed was comfortable

Good but a bit smelly.
Front desk was very nice and accommodating as I arrived late. Daytime front desk was great too. For some reason I got a handicap room. When I opened the door it smelled like a wet dog. Once I had ac on it got better but maybe deep clean the carpet. The location was on edge of town and opposite side of the hot springs which is why I was there. Breakfast was pretty good. There was a lot of variety but the eggs were not good.

The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, we found a huge spider on our pillow and small bugs around the base of the bed. There was also a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom.

We stayed in Thermpoolis our on way to Yellowstone. We cruised into Thermpoolis around 11pm at night. It was a long and dark, highly nerve raking drive. The hotel front desk person was super friendly and ready for us when we arrived at the front desk. She was great! We loved our breakfast and the service was excellent. My one concern was the the hotel room was lacking a privacy door latch. This just made me feel a bit anxious with only a deadbolt. Also, the bathroom ceiling fan looked like it had not been cleaned since the Chicago Bears won a super bowl. Overall, it met our needs and was a great location in proximity to the Dinosaur Center.

Hotel great! Breakfast terrible.
The hotel was wonderful. However the breakfast left us feeling ill. The woman running the breakfast room stuck her hand into the scrambled eggs saying they were cold and proceeded to put a bite of egg into her mouth! It was awful!

The rooms were a little worn and outdated. Could tell where the carpet pad was gone from heavy foot traffic around the beds. There was also spots on the wall behind the TV.

Needs attention!!
The room was so worn- furniture needs upgraded. But the worst was the side door entry, it was filthy!! Not acceptable!! I can’t believe the room rate is $150 & that’s the condition of the stairway & exit. Won’t be staying there again!!
