Worthing Vacation Packages

Enjoyed every bit of my stay at Ecolifestyle lodge. WiIshed we stayed a little longer. Staff was extremely accommodating. It was peaceful and safe. The views from our room (soup bowl) was breath taking. And listening to the ocean waves and breeze in the morning was everything. If you like low key and chill vibes. This is the place to stay.

Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location. Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our original room had a nonfunctioning TV, phone, and toilet, requiring us to move to another room with a broken toilet seat and unpleasant-smelling furniture. The floors and sheets were wet every night due to condensation, and I experienced severe allergy symptoms. Room service never arrived, yet we were charged a $25 fee for an order that was handed to us at the door. We contacted management and made multiple attempts to resolve these issues, but our concerns remain unresolved. These problems occurred throughout our stay, not just one night. The experience did not justify the cost, and we will never return.

enjoyed my stay. 10/10 would stay again.

No major complaints. 2nd stay here. No amenities, elevator was not working for the duration of our stay. Location is great and convenient. We will be back.

Heather at the front desk was superb and did everything in her power to make our stay great. The housekeeping personal Rasheeda from our arrival thru Thursday (before her vacation) was phenomenal with daily upkeep. That said, I did tell a young man at the front desk about a heavy mold build-up in the shower bathroom walls, floor, and behind the bathroom sink. He told me someone from maintenance would take care of it. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I would shower with beach sandals and be mindful of not brushing up against the shower wall while bathing. This experience was deeply disappointing, because I am accustomed to Divi usually have very clean bathroom and/or immediate response to any concern. I couldn't give my usual five-star review with the current visit. We were also disappointed with the food choices at Pure Ocean restaurant as being labeled as "authentic Bajan food". The macaroni pie was really macaroni and white cheese with no flavor, fried flying fish mostly breadcrumbs with excess flour and no seasoning (bland), and the biggest insult was cou-cou and flying fish that had a pure tomato sauce with pumpkin/squash present (questionable ingredients). Hopefully Divi Sounthwinds could take the necessary steps to correct the above items mentioned and return to the more favorable establishment I remember throughout the years.
