This hotel is Mid
We waited a little while for our room to be ready but the room had a strong scent from the cleaning supplies and it was too hot to air it out by window. My clothes smelled like it when I got home. Gave the cleanliness a 3 because there were a couple bugs in the bathroom. But overall, it’s a no frills stay. I would have liked the pool to have opened earlier.

Ok property for 1 night. Good beds but needs some updating. Service was good. Breakfast options was mostly carbs. Parking lot across the street if pulling a trailer or camper.

Staff friendly but not professional. Hot tub inoperative. Our bathroom smelled like urine. Cheap bathroom flooring - adhesive tiles. Bathroom tub needs replacing, cracked. They tride to fix with silicone (tacky, ha, ha) Toilet leaking. No elevator to second floor. Breakfast typical - rubber eggs, greasy sausage, stale bread, DIY waffles. Cheap coffee. My wife and I will not return

We were happy to find a place that allowed our 3 dogs. When we arrived, we discovered the hot tub was out of order, and had been for 7 months. There was a hot Cheeto under our hotel room bed, a sticky substance on the desk chair, and a yellow stain on the white bed comforter. The side door to the building was not only left unlocked throughout the day, it was also slightly off kilter and wouldn't even close fully or latch without pulling it hard. Our room door only latched if it was slammed or pulled closed. We enjoyed swimming in the heated indoor pool. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located. There was a line of trees behind the building and some grass for the dogs.

There was no manager on site. The front desk refused to work with us for a better room or let us speak to the manager, pool was dirty, the front desk came to the room at midnight pounding on our door, doors did not lock. There was no shower curtain in the room and was told to hang one ourselves. Wifi dropped every 2 minutes and tv didn't always stay on. Checked out early after all these issues and requested a refund but they aren't accomodating.

Good hotel
Good hotel with a lot of options in the area. Right next to a Kwik Trip and some small eateries. The pool was small but was right for my children. Hot tub was out of order but otherwise, the room was comfortable and the breakfast wasn't bad at all.
