The gent on reception when we checked in was super lovely and helpful! We had an issue with our lights but we were off out, but he still went and sorted it for us! Rooms are really lovely, very pleased with them! Great facilities, room nice and cool with the AC. Bed also comfortable, lovely pillows! Bonus findind a mini fridge! Would absolutely stay here again! :)

Upon arrival I was told there was a problem with my booking and they would have to relocate me. I suspect they prioritised a direct booking as apposed to mine via Hotels.com. I spoke to Hotels.com who seemed disinterested in the manner their customer had been treated.

Stayed here to watch a Wrexham game. Convenient. 10 minute walk to the Racecourse. Clean and efficient hotel - handled the game crowd well. Parking was a plus.

Decent hotel and friendly staff. Limited facilities, but rooms were a good size and clean. It was good that they had EV charging points there as I was doing a lot of travelling around the area over the 3 days I stayed there. I would stay at this hotel again.
