The staff went above and beyond helpful.. they helped us book a private transfer to Munich for us and our 6 large American suitcases. They were wonderful! I didn't love having an open window to the bedroom part of my room. I prefer a private bathroom

Beautifully decorated, handy central location, rail pass included with your room rate. Bizarre choice to add a full length window from the room into the bathroom with no way of obscuring it. Zero privacy. Found myself using the toilet by torchlight in the middle of the night so as not to wake my partner by switching on the light. No coffee machine or kettle to make tea in the room. Basic stuff that can be easily fixed, which would result in a 5* review đź‘Ť

Nice hotel

Nice hotel but the staff seem a bit distant, first night we didn’t need house keeping so left do not disturb on second night no one came to room, it is a nice hotel big rooms but to much clutter in room, huge shelves with strange objects like a clock that doesn’t work, would definitely stay here again.
