Horrible service.
We asked for a roller bed and it was not set up when we got to our room. The hotel staff came to set up but didn’t know how to. Got a technician to set up the bed and the staff about to just leave us. We had to ask the staff to make the beddings for the roller bed. But he didn’t know how to, and did a horrible job.

Comfortable hotel and bed Lots of western style restaurants behind the hotel. Very close to the temple and markets area, a short walk. Nice view of the city and canal. A great spot.

The hotel in Wuxi is excellent. It is actually a Japanese hotel. The rooms are very clean and services are good. The area is also nice, very close to lots of restaurants and old downtown. The staff is generally okay, with an exception of a one person at the reception desk who was a bit rude when asking for travel documents (other then passports) that even when entering China we didn't need to show and didn't need. Luckily, the problem was resolved quickly.

probably the best hotel in central wuxi. great location and decent gym facilities. although they never picked up my breakfast room service door hanger and when i mentioned it upon checkout they seemed to not know what i was talking about.

The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Never adjusted to setting and got progressively hotter during the night. As I got back to the room around 11PM I didn't want to bother with waiting for hotel maintenance to look into the problem. Services at the front desk was efficient but not friendly. Compared to other hotels in this category, I will stay elsewhere next time.

すごく良い
南禅寺や清名橋歴史街区に近く夜景を見てもすぐホテルに帰れて便利でした。ホテルのすぐ裏にイタリアンレストランやバーがあって中国料理が苦手な人や夜遊びしたい人にはオススメのホテルです。日系ホテルだけあって部屋も綺麗でした。

很干净，分高级楼层和豪华楼层，双人房和大床房在不同楼层，导致我定的两间房一个在九层一个在十五层，入住只给一张房卡，因为刷卡上楼，所以我们互相去对方的楼层比较不方便，后来又去服务台补了一张房卡。除了这点其他的服务都挺好，有儿童的拖鞋，酒店的地理位置很好，后边是酒吧街，酒店晚上会听到楼下吵得声音，隔壁在卫生间打个喷嚏你也能听见。

日本系列ということもあり、清潔感がある。 トイレもウォッシュレットがあり、綺麗。 シャワーの水量も問題なし。 周辺もレストランが多いが、無錫の中心地からは、少し遠い。
