We stayed due to a wedding in Newport. It was a pleasant surprise as we didn’t know much about the area or the Inn. Just a wonderful place from the staff to the rooms to the location to the Riverview It was all very nice and unexpected for the price. Highly recommend the Inn and we will ce back next time we are in New England.

Former residents of South County and always curious about the Stagecoach House Inn, so were delighted to have the opportunity to visit for one night on our way from North Carolina to Connecticut for a family event. Quaint and comfortable room. Had not realized the amazing history of the Inn.

Very quaint, quiet, comfortable. Since I hadn't been there before, the lady showed to my room and explained about a couple of items that might be unfamiliar to me. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was comfortable. The only mild issue, the water pressure for the shower was a bit light, but I got my shower in with no issue. Would stay again if I'm in the area.

Room was even cuter in person. Peggy was so nice and helpful and welcoming. Area is super quaint as well. Only complaint is the poor water pressure in the shower and it didn't get very hot.

Just what we needed

We were there for a quick overnight stay. It was convenient to Bradford (Westerly). The room is cozy, nicely appointed. The manager set up the futon for an extra guest. We know from previous stays that the view of the river is beautiful.

Our stay at the stage coach inn

We arrive at the stagecoach inn to stay for the night, our purpose for the trip was to pick up our new adopted puppy so when we arrive we were greeted by Tim who explained everything about the property to us and let us know that if we need anything that they would take care of it for us when we got into the room it was perfect for our needs and was very clean. We slept well and we plan to come back in the spring for a couple nights just the wife and I it is a very romantic getaway spot.
