Outdated, poor value

Disappointed in this stay. Pool was closed with no notice. Room was dirty and dated. Morning buffet few hot items were empty and took a bit of time to be replenished. For the price it fell well short of my expectations.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past, but not for a few years now. It’s definitely in need of some maintenance/refurbishment. Our fridge didn’t work, the phone wasn’t plugged in, broken hangers in the closet and the leatherette on the rask chair was pretty much completely worn off. We won’t return

Breakfast was good. Ample room in the Breakfast room. Hotel room was clean, bathroom was great for my husband who needs a handicapped room with roll in shower. Overall, it was a great experience.

No pool or hot tub

We were traveling from Florida to New York and were looking forward to stopping after a very long day of driving to let the kids swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were not open when we arrived because there was no heater which should have been posted somewhere on the site. It was the primary reason we chose this hotel and could have found something else. Very disappointing.

Good halfway traveling stay

Very convenient and affordable. Room was clean and large enough. No danishes for breakfast and eggs were well overdone. Better if eggs were scrambled. Overall a good stay for a traveling halfway point.

It was a convenient location with fuel and food nearby. My only complaint was with the windows. It was windy out and the windows howled, the noise actually woke me up. New windows or repair the seal on the windows. Staff was excellent, room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot was well lit and area felt safe.

We chose this hotel because the website said it had a pool and hot tub indoors. We get there and they were both closed for the last month. Breakfast was limited in choose, but overall it was ok. Country inn and suites as a whole have been dissapointing anytime I have stayed at least the last 3 trips. I don’t plan on trying anymore.
