Staff very nice and polite. Coffee and Breakfast was very good. Pool green tinged, no hot tub but was advertised to have one, room dim not enough light, bed very uncomfortable. Outside entry door pads cracked and chipped but worked, one outside entry door you walked next to dumpsters. I would not recommend.

Disappointed in the condition of this hotel

We had a late arrival and the staff was accommodating. The hotel was run down. The common areas were clean and the breakfast area was clean and well organized The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel in general looks like it has had a lot of use and needs to be refreshed and re modled. The carpets are worn out. The furniture was worn etc. The management / owners need to clean put some resources into this property. It is not reflect their brand. Nothing against the staff, they were great.

the pool was not open even though there in the south and its warm. and it's not facing mountains. It is right off the exit so easy on and off. my bed had blood on the blankets so they don't change those and the room had plastic caps and left behind dirt. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not true Hampton hospitality

The front desk didn’t even ask me my name or check my ID, nor did he say hi to me upon check in. The walk-in pavilion covered atrium smelled like urine, our room was filthy, but we were tired after traveling all night and just wanted to sleep. For $160 and about 5 hours of occupancy, a little more friendliness from the man at the front desk would’ve went real far. Trying to pull out of the lot, an employees car was parked right behind my car with a dog inside, making it extremely difficult to get out. The housekeeping beat on our doors a minimum of 10 times from 9-9:15 and asked us to speak into their phone because they couldn’t speak English. (Not a problem but how many times did we need to say the same thing?)

This hotel was ok for a quick overnight stay. We could only lower the air to a certain temperature so it was a little warmer than we would have liked. There was a broken picture in our room and the floors were a little questionable so we wore shoes at all times when walking around. My kids said breakfast was the best part!

Don’t pay the money

We had stink bugs all over the window in our room, hair on the fresh sheets and in the shower. Breakfast was out of everything. At least 5 people at the front desk, only one girl that spoke English and that had to check people out and take care of the breakfast food and area. Very disappointing.

Indeed a great place to stay!

The place was so clean, comfortable, amenities like 24 hr tea and coffee. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming too. I would love to be back there.
