Good stay
Breakfast was a little lacking but I heard the woman say they were waiting for a truck to come in. Otherwise, fantastic stay! Check in and out was super easy.

Heck in was okay. We got up to our room, there was a pizza box left in the room with left over pizza, there were peanuts on the floor in the bathroom. Carpet was old. The carpets in the hall were old and were sprayed with some type of freshener. It was not to a standard of a Hampton Inn

The night staff was a joke. They are the ones that checked me in. They have no respect for their guest. Also, I was there from Monday checking out on Friday. I requested housecleaning to refresh my room every day and they didn’t enter my room once. Every day when I came in, I had to request fresh towels. And a number of times I had to go to the front desk and have them activate my room key. One time I called down to the front test to request fresh towels, and the girl at the front desk was laughing so hard she had to hang up on me.

Initial room smelled AWFUL. Went back down to front desk and was first only offered Febreeze as a "fix" or a king bed that would not accommodate our party. After not agreeing to masking the odor they gave us another room that smelled a little better. Walls are paper thin though and we were sure someone was running back and forth above us for over half an hour. Went to put drinks in the fridge only to find it had not been cleaned and something had been spilled. Carpets are dirty in the hallways. Was surprised by the decent breakfast and remodeled bathrooms. Overall 5/10. Go somewhere else it's worth driving a little down the road.

The room was awesome as I had a shower only room which I requested when I booked the room. It was the first time that has happened since I started traveling more often. They had my reservation, the price was awesome and the breakfast set up was one of the best I have seen in my travels. It was very clean and well stocked and the coffee was excellent.

The carpet in the lobby and on the 4th floor were the filthiest I have ever seen in a hotel chain. The clerk at the desk at check-in and in the morning was wearing a faded sweatshirt. It was not casual professional dress as one would expect.

The property is close to the freeway. The room had a large drywall patch that was unpainted, also very loud at night.
