This property is NOT a LaQuinta inn. They changed their name a week ago and any LaQuinta reservations did not transfer. The hotel was gross and was in a desolate area. Highly do not recommend staying at this location. Name changed to Garner Inn.

The room was fine, recently renovated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that we booked a hotel expecting to use the indoor pool and was told it was closed upon arrival. The hotel outdoor road sign was still advertising indoor pool. Breakfast did not have a big variety and no waffle maker.

The hotel was under renovation: pool was closed boxes of equipment all over the place. elevator was very slow Had to go to 2nd floor for ice If had know it was under renovation I would have booked some where else!!

We made a reservation requesting a handicap room for my husband’s Mother. They contacted us around 4 pm the day of check in to tell us they were undergoing remodeling and had no handicap rooms available. This left us scrambling to find accommodations after a long drive and a long day at a funeral, even though we had requested this handicap room a week in advance. Very unprofessional. We had to stay somewhere else.

Bed sheets were stained with what I believed to be semen (both beds). I slept in between the comforter and the top sheet fully clothed. Underneath the sheets the mattress topper/polyurethane cover was stained with blood. Snack wrappers were also littered next to the night stand.

The hotel was under construction which was never conveyed at booking. We got there checked in and our floor was completed packed with boxes and chairs we had to move to get to our rooms. The bathrooms had dust and plaster on the counters and socks crumbs on the floors in the rooms. Breakfast had nothing but cereal and bread. Disappointing to say the least!!!

This is an average property with an above average price. Few amenities, very limited breakfast, and quite noisy. They were remodeling and that might explain these issues, but they still collected their full fee and didn't deliver a quality experience. The room was clean and comfortable however.

Staff was great, not very many ammenities

The stay was ok for the most part. The staff was awesome. The shower had no soap or shampoo, the ice machine on our floor was not working and the elevator was slow. They also made a mistake, i reserved a two bed room and got a one bed room, but they did fix it for us.

We like that dogs are allowed. We didn’t appreciate we weren’t told that renovations were happening, rates were high, and surroundings looked like slums. Would definitely not recommend.
