**This hotel is above in the same building as a bus terminal** To enter the hotel you walk through the bus terminal waiting room. The picture of the exterior of the hotel is where the busses are parked and pick up passengers. You can hear bus noises and hallway noise. Breakfast is a voucher to eat at the bus terminal waiting area. Breakfast is not a buffet. The pictures or breakfast are not what is offered. The positives are that the room is very clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly as well.

Highly recommend hotel for comfort & cleanliness

The hotel staff, rooms, were as expected, clean, sanitized & comfy - our only complaint was the breakfast offered - opened 1/2 hour after designated time, person in charge didn’t even acknowledge us even after we asked for coffee- breakfast was extremely minimal and after we finished our meal coffee was finally served :( We would still rate hotel as a 10 and would stay there again but go out elsewhere for breakfast

Incomodo pero limpio

El hotel es una terminal de autobuses del mismo nombre algo un poco inusual, el desayuno lo dan en un pequeño kiosco de la misma terminal el cual solo lo aprovechamos una vez por que si es algo incomodo, a la vista es un hotel atractivo y limpio pero camas de baja calidad y almohadas pequeñas lo único rescatable es el edredón que si está al nivel del precio. Las paredes son solo tabla roca sin ningún tipo de aislante acústico, lo que hace que se escuchen los camiones de la terminal, cada vez que alguien camina por el pasillo, cuando entran a sus habitaciones otros huéspedes, cuando entran al baño, las alarmas del vecino y para nada recomendable ir con niños por si el vecino hace ruidos inapropiados. Un gran problema poder bañarse el agua caliente va y viene lo que hace imposible tener una temperatura agradable, toallas muy delgadas y pequeñas que apenas rodean el cuerpo de una persona promedio, el estacionamiento solo para 4 vehículos y si están ocupados los mandan al fondo del terminal en la tierra (sin pavimento)

Es muy problemático regular la temperatura del agua. Ponen unas instrucciones pero ya están borrosas. El desayuno es malo, atienden en una cafetería de una sala de espera de autobuses y las personas atienden se muestran irritadas, malhumoradas.
