Promise not honoured

I arrived two hours before check-in and was assured to have two single rooms facing the front. By the time I checked in just before 3pm they second front facing room was given away to someone else. My friend and I were then separated onto two floors with only one front facing room. No apology was given as a result.

Great Stay… streets around do suck

Everything when it came from the Hotel was good, really bad part was that the streets around are under construction so it was VERY INCONVENIENT. The whole downtown is horrible when it comes to traffic. Won’t stay around the area unless I’m sure that all of the construction around is over.

Service was not great but the comfort was amazing.

This hotel is great but does nothing to stop children from screaming up and down the hall at 11:30 at night but will call your room at midnight to tell you your guest needs to leave. Breakfast was okay. Room was amazing .

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which you could have down in the cafe or delivered to your room for a very nominal fee. The common areas of the hotel are updated and exceed the style of the rooms. The rooms are very basic but all that you need to rest. We chose this hotel due to their pet friendly policy and would stay here again if the need arises.

good place to stay very comfortable and staff super friendly and helpful! Restaurant good food! The only thing was the towels where not clean...maybe they were wash but....they needed new ones or use more bleach on them. They had several stains.

el lugar está muy bien, limpió y agradable, solo que no había jabón y para ver la televisión, tienes que poner tus cuentas de las plataformas, no puedes ver nada en la televisión si no tienes cuentas de Netflix o prime video y de otras

Ni bien ni mal, me gusto la ubicacion esta muy cerca del centro asi qye pudimos salir temprano a desayunar, el desayuno le doy un 5 x el cafe super de calcetin y la atencion miy de malas aparte k no habia todo lo del menu, la habitacion buena pero la chapa ya estaba rota x lo demas para un viaje rapido lo recomiendo, estacionamiento muy chico
