Xalapa Vacation Packages

First time this has ever happened anywhere! I stayed at this location. It has pools. I invited some friends to come swimming with me. They had romp at to enter the pool. I was not told this by the hotel staff, upon check in. I was also not informed through Orbitz or the hotel website. They did not have an iron, refrigerator or microwave in the room. The main door also has large gaps. Staff were very nice. However, I will not stay here again.

Muy cómodo, limpio, bonito y el personal muy amable. La comida en el restaurante deliciosa. En buena ubicación aunque suele ser ruidoso por la noche por la ubicación que tiene pero nada que no te deje dormir. Recomendable 100%

Good location. The hotel is a bit run down it could use some exterior upgrades. The rooms were nice and clean the deck facing the beach was run down. The beach is great make sure you take close toe water shoes as there is some type of creatures in the water that have pointy things that can hurt your feet and cause extreme pain. The restaurant food was good. Did not try the Italian one. Overall nice place to stay.
