NOT Here if you Want Street Level Entrance
1. This hotel is built above ground 5 story high. In front there is a shopping complex which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel main entrance. When the mall is open, you can use their elevators to go to the street level. If not you will have to walk the ramp which is inclined to 5 story high. NOT a good thing when you do not have a car or would like to come out for a walk.
2. The bell boys are very helpful. The managers are very helpful and knowledgeable. But the waitress in the lobby is not. She does not know English and when I approached her for a table. She snap in Mandarin that she does not speak English. Lucky I spoke both English and Mandarin. But I told her that was not the way to do it considering they are a 5 star international chain hotel.
3. Air conditioning could be better. They are part of the Accor Family which always have great air conditioning.
4. Head waitress in the second floor chinese restaurant and the steak place on the ground floor were great too.
