隔音不好。服务人员很多素质不够。很难相信这是五星级酒店的服务。Room Service给错食物，少给食物，食物与描述不符合。前台犯错，三楼通过健身房服务人员态度很不专业，好像没住过温德姆不知道去健身房的流程很不应该一样。内部沟通有误，半夜错送东西到我房间造成打扰。总之真的非常非常失望。
