After checking in, we found that the room was extremely dirty and outdated. There were noticeable stains on both the carpet and the sofa, and the kitchen sink was rusted. The overall condition of the room was far below our expectations. We spoke with the hotel manager, who acknowledged the issue and told us that we could cancel our stay and leave without any charges. Based on that assurance, we checked out immediately. However, I still see a charge on my credit card. This was the first time I have had such a disappointing experience when booking through Expedia. I would appreciate Expedia assistance in ensuring that this charge is removed or refunded as promised.

Staff at front desk are very friendly and helpful. They came out to meet and greet at arrival, helped to call didi at departure.

The room is large, and clean, and equipped with all necessary appliances like washer & dryer etc. The location is great, right next to the subway, and a shopping mall with direct pathway. Staffs are friendly with prompt responses. Will come back.

We had a few family members who stayed at the same hotel, and we all agreed that this hotel was perfect for families with kids. Everything was functioning and the rooms were cleaned daily. The various breakfast options helped during our two-week stay.
